Dynamic use of lockers

At Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences they use the lockers dynamic. This means that the electronic lockers are automatically released for a new user after use. Students are therefore not assigned their own locker, but can reserve a different locker every time they want to store their belongings. The dynamic and permanent use of lockers can also exist side by side. The advantage of dynamic use is that you can use the space more efficiently, because you have to place fewer lockers. The lockers are also easy to operate in the Locker Managent System and this also saves the facility team a lot of time. 

Working with time constraints

When opting for the dynamic use of electronic lockers, it is possible to link time restrictions. This way you can guarantee availability at all times for the next student. The time restrictions prevent students from 'claiming' lockers.
