For the local authority of Soest LoQit was allowed the provide the employee lockers of an electronic locking system. From now on, the employees can safely and easily store their belongings in the smart lockers.

With the arrival of the smart lockersthey can continue to offer its employees a safe place to store valuables.Staff can easily reserve, open and release a locker via the app. Administrators can easily manage the lockers in the Locker Management System. As an administrator you can:
- Gain insight into the occupancy rate and availability to make optimal use of the employee lockers
- Send push messages to employees. For example, if they have not used the locker for too long.
- Assign employees their own locker or set the lockers for dynamic use.
Integration with proprietary software
As we said: a flexible workplace requires smart solutions. That is why the local authority uses an Active Directory link. In this way, the correct users are known in the system at all times, without an employee or manager having to report this. So efficient!

A modern locker solution has been installed at the Wetterskip Fryslân office in Leeuwarden, designed to match the daily needs of employees. In total, around 350 wooden staff lockers have been installed, supplied and equipped with the electronic locking system from LoQit by Diftar.
